| Tender Description | sch 'a' part-i [repairs to storage water heaters (geysers)] attending to complaints pertaining to unserviceability of storage water heaters (geysers), of any make or capacity and any other related electric complaints, installed in married accn, billets and otm accns of af stn by deploying skilled electrican/technician/fitter for inspection and identification of the nature of defects complete all as specified and directed.note:-(i) the contractor shall ensure that his supervisor meets the concerned je or complaint cell attendant every morning on working days and obtain details of the complaints received. the complaints may also be communicated to him telephonically. he will subsequently deploy suitable labourers to attend and rectify the complaints on the same day. (ii) all endeavor shal be made to rectify the defects on the same day. however, in case large scale repairs are required the same shall be conveyed to the je/engineer-in-charge immediately.
