Tender Description To perform such services and execute such work covered under " Term contract for artificer work" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred in the tender document and upon the conditions as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I Specifications with errata/ amendments as applicable and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II rates together with errata/ amendments as applicable and General conditions of contracts including errata 1 to 20 & amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender document during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES standard schedule of rates. ORAt such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of "General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)" 1989 print with errata/ amendments as applicable.Note :- (i) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at Column 5 of this BOQ to quote the percentage
