| Tender Description | laying and jointing pvc pipe. heading surface preparation:(i)preparing the surface for laying of synthetic mat by thorough cleaning the existing wooden floor to remove all dust, dirt, and debris. (ii) fill any cracks, holes or uneven areas including the filling the gaps between the wooden planks with a wooden sealant or with resin. then sand the surface to create a perfectly flat and even surface to avoid the synthetic mat to ripple or tear overtime. (iii) apply a vapor or wooden primer or a sealant to the wooden floor for moisture-proofing to prevent the wood from warping and damaging the mat. providing and fixing the 100% pvc non- skid synthetic mat of 5mm thickness and weight shall not be less than 2.75 kg per sqm. the synthetic mat shall be fixed to wooden surface with a specialized sports mat adhesive or high-quality double-sided tape to the wooden floor & ensure full and even coverage, particularly along the perimeter and seams, to prevent the mat from shifting during play. fu |
