Tender Description anchor windlass, hatlapa type : ankona vi e chain pull : 242 knwindlass gear box to open inspection to carry out overhaul and boxed back and satisfactory trial to be shown,brake bands to be opened up for inspection, brake linings to be renewed, brake lining size: l= 2800mm, w= 90mm, thickness= 18mm. all surveyors’ recommendations to be carried out..gypsy roller housing thinned down to be cropped & renewed,gypsy of both windlass to be chipped and painted,gypsy and break liner holding drum platings thinned down, same to be renewed.port side windlass break handle supporting thinned down, same to be renewed,windlass foundation bolts to be checked and renew,securing pins to be renewed,new handle to be fitted & over hauled for hand pumps for chain locker, winches greasing to be done &brake holding /rendering test to be done,,all required materials and consumables are in contractor scope,all machining works, metal build-up works, welding and brazing works are in contractor scope satisfactory
