Tender Description vessel : ins jamunawo.no:22040dl nos : 10016.02,30023.01,10016.01,30023.02,10017sub: overhauling of anchor windlass & capstan worksduration : 45 days anchor windlass :open up gear box and examine gear teeth and bearings for damage/wear.gearbox to be boxed back with new gaskets ,bolts and nuts.oil to be replenished. gaskets,bolts&nuts,gear oil to be supplied by vendor. both windlasses and associated winch drums to be opened, cleaned, inspected and completewindlass to be overhauled including gear box . all bearings, drive shaft bushes, seals and brakebands(ms), brake liners (including brake lining, brass & nuts) to be renewed. duringoverhaul any defect observed, same to be rectified / reparied / renenwed. after completion ofrepairs, chipping and painting to be done and satisfactory load trials to be shown toshipstaff.any machining required is inclusive.windlass removal from foundation ,shifting toworkshop and refitment is under vendor scope. remove, examine and reassemble the following
