Tender Description Filtration of transformer oil of power transformers in FACT-CD, Ambalamedu. Transformer oil purification of power transformers rated 23MVA and 15MVA (2 nos) in the 110kV yard of FACT-CD, Ambalamedu . The scope of work includes primary inspection of transformers after isolation, arranging, connecting and operating high capacity vacuum transformer oil filter machine with required accessories, filtering old oil to reach the required BDV(min 70kV), removal of dissolved gases,removal of moisture (less than 10ppm),removal of suspended particles down to 1 micron, testing of oil as per the ISO standards, pre commissioning checks and charging of the transformer. All necessary tools and equipments like oil filter, vacuum pump, oil storage drum etc. required for the work shall be brought by contractor. Supply of new oil for top-up/replacement is in FACT's scope.
