Replacement of gear box of dryer A or B in N P Plant.Work involves: The required site arrangements shall be done for the replacement of gear box of dryer A or B in NP plant. The tools and tackles shall be arranged. Foundation bolts of the existing gear box shall be loosened / removed and lead / transported to mechanical work shop. The new / spare gear box shall be transported to site. The gear box shall be kept in position and insert the foundation bolts, after cleaning the base plate. Rigging assistance shall be provided for the coupling / decoupling and alignment of gearbox. The out side surface area of the damaged gear box shall be cleaned properly, at mechanical work shop. Replacement of Pinion shaft assembly of dryer A or B in N P Plant. Work involves: The required site arrangements shall be done for the replacement of Pinion shaft assembly of dryer, A or B stream in NP plant. The
