Tender Description anchor & windlass jobs (rm.0827) ensure anchor windlass foundation bolts for tightness. examine condition of hull structure at windlass mounting and ensure watertight integrity. remove, examine and reassemble the following as per instruction and maintenance manual:(a) clutch shifting arrangement.(b) spooling gear assembly. open up gear box and examine gear teeth and bearings for damage/wear. renew as necessary. unscrew bottle slip/compressor whereas fitted to its fullest extent and thoroughly clean and grease threads before assembly. undertake survey of adapter piece for crecks or wear and undertake repair as per no 02/21. survey all deck fittings associated with anchor chain cable arrangement ie deck eye/ eye plates including gulletine/gulletine roller. undertake repair/ renewal as per no 02/21. marlin spikes deformed/ damaged. same to be manufactured as per sample, ( lentgh - 6 inch, dia- one inch). chain hooks damaged to be renewed as per sample, mat - ms ,size- 20mmx60mm guill
