| Tender Description | briquette and boiler works feeding of coconut shell / bio-mass briquette: feeding of fuel into the hot water generator, including daily removal of ash from furnace outlet, mechanical dust collector, and disposal of the same at the specified storage place located upto 500 meters away from the hot water generator block before firing the plant. (rate per kg of fuel) (3000 kg / day is approximate and will be paid for actual quantity used) boiler shutdown cleaning :cleaning of fire tubes, air pre-heater and mechanical dust collector: complete cleaning of fire tubes, air pre-heater, and mechanical dust collector. (service frequency: once month) boiler shutdown cleaning: cleaning of fire bars, removal of ash from furnace, chimney bottom, mechanical dust collector, and horizontal lines; and disposal of the collected waste at a safe location upto 500 meters away from the boiler plant. (service frequency: once per month) |
