| Tender Description | constructing, finishing and making the admin building functional in all respect : earth work cutting and levelling in all kinds of soil, rcc framed structure (service floor + g +2 + mumty) with filler walls of autoclaved aerated cement blocks (aac blocks), including internal water supply, internal sanitary installations, providing oil and grease chamber of the sewage line to the stp, rcc retaining wall part of building structure, terrace water tanks, plinth protection with following mep works of entire building – (a) internal electrical works : sub-main, circuit point wiring, and power point wiring, fittings, fans, sdbs, mcb-dbs with accessories, main panel, floor-wise panel, sub panel, cable trays, cabling, earthing, etc. (metering shall be integrated with bms). (b) lightning protection works including earthing (c) lifts: two nos of machine room less (mrl) lifts of 8 passengers capacity with 900 mm door, integrated with bms, (d) fire alarm: (i) addressable type automatic fire alarm |
