| Tender Description | works : repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead: cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) removing and refixing window shutters after necessary repairs for easy opening and closing etc. complete as per the direction of site engineer-in-charge providing and fixing iron hooks and yes: 150mm providing and fixing iron hooks and yes: 100mm taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge engaging carpen |
