| Tender Description | miscellaneous painting of plant structures, hand rails, monkey ladders, pipe lines, vessels, storage tanks, equipment etc. at ammonia and petro plant in fact-uc. cleaning the structural / other surface neatly at all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable machanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc. as per departmental instructions. applying one coat of surface tolerant self priming high build epoxy primer "protectomastic" of berger paints or equivalent approved quality of epoxy priming coat with minimum volume of solid of 80% including cost of material,scaffolding charges,labour charges and all other incidential charges etc at all heights. complete as per departmental instructions at site. applying one coat of finish paint with acrylic aliphatic polyurathane coating , "br pu hi gloss enamel" of berger paints or equivalent approved quality of finish paint with minimum volume |
