Tender Description price schedule for hiring of vehicle - on call basis settled hired charges (on call basis) for air conditioned dzire/ertiga/tavera/sumo/qualis or equivalent - diesel/petrol/ev/cng fuelled vehicle - model 2024 or later model. the rate contract for vehicle hire will be for a period of three years which will be renewed every year as per l1 rates, terms & conditions based on the performance of the service provider. if need arises, the rate contract shall be renewed beyond 3 years for additional 1 year period as per l1 rate and tender terms and conditions. it is to be noted that the vehicle shall be hired on call basis subject to the requirement of cmrl. hiring of sedan a/c (dzire or equivalent) for 6 hrs & up to 60 kms per day hiring of sedan a/c (dzire or equivalent) for 9 hrs & up to 90 kms per day hiring of premium sedan a/c (honda city / corolla or equivalent) for 6 hrs & up to 60 kms per day hiring of premium sedan a/c (honda city
