Tender Description 1.i/we hereby submit the price/financial bid for construction of godowns basis, at the fsd avadi of 12,000 mt (in capacity), under the asset monetization policy of the government of india.2. i/we understand that i/we also have to undertake of new mechanized godown after successful completion of construction of new capacity.3.i/we have thoroughly examined and understood instructions to the tenderers. we undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the mtf and the perseveration, maintenance and security ( ) agreement along with its schedules and annexures. monthly charge / consideration quoted excluding gst (inr per mt, per month, in figures and words) for the guarantee period of 20 years. (to be filled by tenderer) - mechanised godown to be constructed in the existing premises of fci on vacant land
