(the make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by executive engineer before use on works) using anti-skid tiles (observed data) colour washing with best distempering two coats in to primer coat and two coats with oil bound distember over cement plasterd surface ceiling and other old surface and including clearing,preparing the surface and etc.,complete. painting two coat using readymixed emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over priming coat (old) including cost and all labour charges etc. |
