| Tender Description | hiring vehicle for bph-3/ kuthiraikalmedu hire charges for 16 hrs. from 05.30 hrs. to 21:30 hrs per day in general but may vary depend on every day requirement. (not on hourly basis) excluding cost of fuel.this shall include charges for lubricant required for running the vehicle, wear and tear, servicing, repairs,tools and tackles etc., driver’s salary batta and other allowance, insurance and all others charges. hourly retention charges per completed hour beyond sixteen hours subject to maximum of four hours. (the 16 hrs. duration is generally from 05.30 hrs to 21:30 hrs. but may vary depending on everyday requirement.) extra rates for night halt use of the vehicle if required between 21:30 hrs to 05.30 hrs. on the next day exceeding the four hours refered in( 2 ) above performance factor for plains performance factor for hills |
