| Tender Description | flooring with good quality non slippery double charged vitrified tiles of size 600 mmx 600 mmx 8mm laid over 20mm thick cm 1:3 of approved quality and colour including cost of all materials lead,lift etc complete, dadooing with glazed tiles of best approved quality of make johnson, neycer etc, over cm 1:3, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.(as instructed by the engineer at site) supply and fixing of door with frame using solid core flush shutters with teakply on both side with teak wook lipping alround 35mm thick as directed by the engineer including labour charges etc., complete supply and fixing of door frame using country wood scantlings with brick masonry with required hinges, tower bolt, handle, door closer as directed by the engineer including labour charges etc., complete supply and fixing of european water closet with "p" or "s" trap with double flapped seat and seat cover with brass hinges and 12.5 litre capacity pvc low level |
