Tender Description renewal of lrsb 109 lance tube :a. dismantling the damaged lance tube assembly from inside & outside boiler area by cutting damaged lance tube using arc welding and releasing the lance tube inside boiler portion using wire rope from boiler to bottom seal trough area and arranging temporary platform inside seal trough for facilitating to remove released lance tube from boiler through seal trough manhole door including releasing of end , poppet valve, carriage assembly and steam feed pipe. after completion, removing the scaffolding and temporary platform from the area and return back the materials. charges inclusive of t&p's and consumables, lead, lift, scaffolding complete. b. lifting the new lance tube assembly from 0mtr elevation to boiler (1 ton, length 10.5mtr) and positioning and lowering damaged lance tube from boiler to 0 mtr by arranging special type winch with necessary lifting tackles incharges including t&p, consumables, lead, lift, transporting the scraps to stores comple
