| Tender Description | complete maintenance of the entire garden, lawns, flower beds, hedges, shrubs, foliages, creepers, trees etc., in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming hedges, and removing unwanted growth of grasses as and when required including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants from nursery, gap filling, removal of garden waste, running lawn mover, removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, sweeping fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at fertilizer pit shown by the institute, reinstating of lawns, watering the trees inside the garden area applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works (cost of good earth / red earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide , pesticide will be arranged by the institute.) complete all as per specifications and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. |
