Tender Description supply of sealing material airseal.1 sq.m consists of the following.1. ceramic fiber blanket 1260 grade, 128 kg bulk density, thickness: 25mm – 0.7 roll.2. aero hold stud (ss304) – 20pcs.3. aero speed fix washer (ss304) – 20pcs.4. aero mesh (ss304) – 1.2 sq.m.5. airseal np glue. – 3 kgs.6. airseal coat ps. – 3 kgs.7. aero tie wire (ss304) – 0.1 kg. installation of above supplied air seal at unit- ii & iii penthouse in the areas riser tubes of all steam headers and drum riser tubes and expansion areas. including of consumables and t&p's. removing of damaged / worn out air seal in 52 mtr for facilitating rectification work in penthouse area, this work involves complete removal of the damaged mesh, ss fastening bolts & screws, air seal and gathering removed waste air seal materials. debris and other unwanted materials from the respective floor has to be gathered in one place and it should be transported for away as per the site engineer in-charge instruction and location. including of con
