| Tender Description | cleaning of digester strainer plates (top, middle and degassing strainer plates) at pulp - process in tnpl unit - 1 (the rate quoted is exclusive of gst) dismantling the bottom plates of coal feeder trough by removing fasteners (0.55 mt per boiler). removal of worn out rail flats (60 x 12) and ss 2 mm thick liner by grinding. new ss liner cutting to the required size (230 mm width) and welding with bottom plates. rail flats (60 x 12 en-24) new one welding with plate. of bottom plates in position (0.55 mt per boiler). removal of coal feeder chain (142 pitch & 142 links) and of new chain. dismantling of deck plates by removing fasteners. (0.25 mt per boiler) fabrication and of deck plates (10 mm thick) with rail flat |
