Random Rubble Masonry in cement Mortar 1 : 5 for foundation and basement using New Stones including necessary provision for Bond stones with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specifications. Filling in Basement with conveyed Well gravel in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.
