Tender Description Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed. M & L rendering 20 mm thick (10mm + 10mm) in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with intergral water proofing compound 3% of cement or per manufacture instruction Complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC measured and shall be paid separately). M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work, or concrete work rendering finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed. Supply only integral water proofing compond, all as specified and directed. M&L preparation of new plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting as a preparato
