| Tender Description | lot-1: singtam-1 thcc schedule-1 conducting topographical surveys and ground profiling of the service area, including preparation of drawings, geotechnical investigations, civil/structural design and associated drawings, as well as electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation design and drawings. this also encompasses the creation of as-built drawings, validation of structural design by a reputable government institution (e.g., iit/nit or as approved by the employer's representative), comprehensive documentation, and execution of other tasks in accordance with technical specifications and the directives provided by the employer's representative. lot-1: singtam-1 thcc schedule-2: other than parking, community & commercial centre, thccs will be used as emergency relief centres, thcc will also accommodate toilets with ewcd features and have dedicated facility rooms for women. the areas are maked in drawing provided in volume iv. preparatory works: clearing grass and removal of the upto |
