| Tender Description | (sh:-dismantling) construction of 4 units (type-ii) teacher quarter rcc framed structure building (g+1) (residential building) of minimum 336.00 sqm. (approx) on turnkey basis single bid system with provision of internal & external water supply i/c fittings & fixtures, sanitary installations,, development of site, installation of water storage tank, miscellaneous work as required for the work etc complete with architectural & structural drawing, design on the basis of detailed sub-soil investigation and execution is to be strictly as per cpwd specifications 2024 with up to date correction slips and as per direction of the engineer-in-chrge which shall be proof checked by iit-guwahati or any reputed government engineering college/nit and finally got approved by the competent authority of the department. |
