Details: transliteration and preparing summaries of the2000 documents which are in Modi Marathi script into Devanagari Marathi andpreparing summaries of the same in English.Scope of the work: The Directorate of Archives & Archaeology is thecustodian of various historical records. This Directorate has Loose ModiMarathi Manuscripts. In order to make available those historical records forresearch scholars and to the public, transliteration of the said records is animportant task. Keeping this as core objective the scope of the work is totransliterate the Modi Marathi documents into Devanagari Marathi andpreparing a summary into English.
