Tender Description Providing, Installation , Operation of Stage Sound, Light and Big Screen and providing other allied material for Cultural Events on the Occasion of Holi Festival 2026 Note :- The Rates quoted by the Firm/Company/Person will be excluding 18% GST and 18% GST will be paid extra on quoted rates 2. All the conditions listed in the NIT and technical form has to be uploaded and strictly followed. 3. The above work of providing installation and later dismantling of sound and screen will be carried out by firm. 4. All the material has to be installed as per directions of the official-in-charge of MC Paonta Sahib as per NIT 5. Any other material required in urgency beyond the scope of NIT also has to be provided by the firm during Holi Festival 2026. The material listed in NIT/Technical bid form has to be installed during cultural events.Rate has to be quoted on per day basis.
