| Tender Description | removal of slips/ land slide in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of and disposal of material with in lift upto any lead as per technical specification clause 302.3.5 and 1611. any loss of public property or any accidents etc. the contractor will be fully responsible during the execution of work. the fuel/pol charges and operational staff for the machine will be provided by the owner. the repair and other incidental charges of machinery during the execution of work will be borne by the contractor while making the record entry. the useful material shall be stacked along the road side within all leads and lifts and as per direction of engineer-in-charge. |
