Tender Description type a: mechanical scope of work  checking the engine for its smooth running, un-usual noise and colour of the smoke from exhaust. checking and adjusting fan belt and water pump belt tensions. changing of both, if required. cleaning of air filters to enhance engine life as well as proper inflow or air. also changing them, if required. carrying out valve tappet setting as and when required. end play checking of crankshaft, accessory drive and turbo charger whenever required.  checking the alignment of engine and alternator whenever required. carrying out periodical maintenance b & c checks however required spares shall be provided by end-user. check of proper functioning of various instruments of dashboard/ instrument panel. diagnosis of various faults and then rectification, limited to minor ones. however if any parts required that will be provided by end-user.
