| Tender Description | running and operation of central heating plant in the cancer hospital building at igmc shimla for the period of 4.5 months w.e.f 1-11-2025 to 15-3-2026. there should be engagement of three number electricians/ technicians for running and operation of central heating plant in three different shifts round the clock. reliever should be provided for the shift management round the clock. there should be engagement of two number t.mate /helper for running and operation of central heating plant. note:-repetitive assignment of shifts to the same individual is strictly prohibited.shifts should be rotated among all eligible & qualified persons as per labour laws. running and operation shall mean the operation of all the electrical & mechanical equipments forming part of the central heating system, including boilers,motor-pump sets, hot water pipeline,valves, air handling unit cleaning the machinery, oiling & greasing the motors , fans and other moving parts,fault,attending, of fuses minor |
