| Tender Description | running and operation of central heating / hvac system as per the time period and description below. running and operation shall mean the operation of all the electrical & mechanical equipments forming part of the central heating system, including air handling unit , cleaning the machinery, oiling & greasing the motors, fans and other moving parts, fault attending,erecting of fuses, minor adjustments, checking of water and air pressur, filling of gland -dori, cleaning agents, soap, detergents, cloth & emery paper, maintaing the day to day log-book of temperature and relative humidity complete in all respects as per the satisfaction of engineer-in -charge. this also include deploment of 3 no electricians/technician / pump operator /pump -operator - - helper in shift manner round the clock running and operation of central heating/ hvac system as per mentioned time schedule in shift manner uptill the time period of contract. this also includes the minor reapairs, maintenance of plant |
