| Tender Description | schedule `a' part -i (bldg repair work at bn hq chassad) repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under,including cutting the patch in proper shape ,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of walls complete,including disposal of to the dumping ground,all complete as per direction of engineer in charge with cement morter 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on old surface providing one or more coats. painting with s.e paint of approved brand and manufacture of reqd color to give and even shade one or more coats on old work. finishing wall with textured exterior paint of required shade finishing two or more coats applying @3.28 ltr /10 sqm including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.20 kg/10 sqm on new plastered surface wall. renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old put |
