| Tender Description | therefore, i, dinringam kamei, sub-divisional magistrate, ukhrul, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section 1 of section 163 bnss, 2023, hereby prohibit: i. assembly of 5 (five) or more persons which is likely to turn unlawful and the movement of any person outside their respective residences. ii. carrying of fire arms, swords, sticks, stone or other lethal weapons of any description which can be used as offensive weapons; |
