| Tender Description | consultancy services for carrying out topographical land survey with total electronic station of high precision, making position of each physical features on the ground true to their position like building, storm water drains, manhole, sewer lines, septik tank, water sump, water bodies, water supply lines ,large size rocks, fully grown trees, overhead ht/lt electric lines, transformer, oht, tube wells, electric & telephone cables & poles, roads, paths, existing permanent/temporary structures, proposed building, fencing, compound boundary wall/gates, drain etc i/c the marking of exact location of the building with all dimensions & height of inaccessible structures i.e ht lines, oht etc. the digital lay out should also show the following details:- a. permanent authorized buildings and temporary structures to be clearly marked separately with different colours with number of stories, b. residential quarters showing type of stories and numbers in each block with over all statements, c. hi |
