| Tender Description | servicing and maintenance of lift 04 nos (make: tk elevator and type g+8 & g+8) capacity 08 person (544 kg) installed at sf accn, dwarka, complete any repair and replacement any parts including the following :(a) renew all wire rope and chains (where fitted) as often as required to maintain an adequate factor of safety, to equalize the tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cables and hoist way and machine room elevator wiring.(b) systematically examine/replace due to normal wear and tear and adjust the following components :- (i) machine, worm gear, bearing, drive sheaves, drive sheaves bearings, brake contact, lining and components. (ii) motor, motor generator, motor windings, rotating elements, commutator, brushes, brush holders, bearings, coils, resistance for operating and motor circuits, magnet frames and other mechanical parts.(iii) controller, selector, leveling devices, cams, relays, solid state components e.g. pcbs, transducers, resistors, condensers |
