Tender Description civil works building earthwork in excavation upto a depth of 2m below the existing ground level for foundation trench etc providing soling with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to lvel etc plain cement concrete works in foundation bed for footing, steps, walls, brick works etc. below plinth level as specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be paid seperately).(b) in proportion 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) up to plinth level with:(a) cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- all work up to plinth level:(b) m20 or prop. 1
