Tender Description dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the engineer- in-charge. dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats,architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : of area 3 sqm and below. dismantling w.c. pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials including malba all complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge. dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. a) for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm providing and fixing factory made upvc door frame made of upvc extruded, section having an overall dimension, as below (tolerance +/- 1mm) with wall thickness 2.0mm+/- 02mm. corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainles
