| Tender Description | dismantling gs sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lifts and upto a lead of 50m etc.complete as per direction of the engineer- in-charge:- in cement mortar providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all work upto plinth level.i) 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) first class brick work in foundation and plinth |
