Tender Description providing and fixing of 220 kv capacity 1600 amp, hcb isolator with good and heavy duty copper finger and ss nut & bolts complete in all respect as per sample male arm assembly female arm assembly supply of good quality aluminium alloy clamps and conductors should meet the technical criterion menstioned below: -(a) free from holes, surface blisters, cracks and cavities and all sharp edges and corner shall be blurred and rounded off.(b) clamps and connector should be designed to carry same current as the conductor.(c) all current carrying parts should have minimum contact resistance and minimun thickness of 10mm.(d) aluminium/bimetallic clamps made from aluminum confirming to is 617.(e) bolts, nuts and plain washers under in clamp, connnectors etc. should be hot dip galvanised. 132kv, bushing clamps suitable for lv side of 160 mva t/f as per sample 220kv, bushing clamps suitable for hv side of 50 mva t/f as per sample 33kv, bushing clamps suitable for lv side of 50 mva t/f as per sam
