Tender Description earth work in hill road (hill side cutting/filling):- excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils & rocks with e&b and blb as met at site true to lines as per plan, x section, as required also including uprooting & cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lead, lifts and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places by mechanical means/ manual means indicated in the drawing without damaging forest and forest land including slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by engineer-in-charge. providing and laying of mechanically woven doubletwisted hexagonal shaped gabions (zinc plus pvc coated), of size3mx1mx1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120mm, mesh wire diameter 2.7mm/3.7mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.4/4.4mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2/3.2mm.(the work includes filling boulders in the gabions). disposal of (hilly side cutting) malba from site
