| Tender Description | supply of structural steel materials of different section and sizes (is:2062), stainless steel flats of different section and sizes (04 cr 19 ni of is :1570), fabrication including machining and assembly of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam, side seal, track , guide etc., sluice gate consisting of skin plate , horizontal girder, end vertical girder , seal flats etc., hoisting arrangements consisting of hoist bridge, supporting beams, worm & worm gear set r4/39/8/8.5-200mm of is:3734 inclusive of cast steel worm gear, 55c8 worm & shaft, phosphorous bronze nut suitably square threaded base plate etc. of total weight about 4.5 mt approx for 4 nos. of sluice gate (size-2000mm x 1900mm) & dismantling of old structure by help of gas cutting, chain pulley block etc including labour charges, consumables, hire charges as per specification with all accessories as per instruction of engineer-in-charge. supply of following bought out materials for 3 nos. of sluice gate |
