| Tender Description | dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick grading concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and ramming the debris with in 50m lead etc with all labour, t&p and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out of joints of 12mm deep and removing debris etc with all labour, t&p etc in all respect as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge. 4 cm thick grading concrete with c.c (1:2:4) using 12mm & down grade size hard black broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including rounding the corners with required quantity of water proofing compound where necessary in ground floor and properly chipping and chiselling the floor slabs in 1st and subsequent floors including warding and curing cost and carriage of water and with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, t&p and c |
