| Tender Description | supply, installation, testing and commissioning of effluent treatment plant of capacity 20 kld for treating the incoming effluent upto specified standards for /cod/tss & other parameters as per cpcc. the plant is to be skid mounted type having major components as under:- primary treatment bar screenapplication – screening of floating mattersize of spacing – 10 mm, moc- ss304 = 1 no. aeration grid for effluent collection tank application - for providing air in effluent collection tankcoarse air diffuser. size : 150mm moc: silicon accessories- complete with piping & valves moc – msep , “c” class = 1 no. effluent transfer pump application- to pump effluent for primary chemical treatment.type- submersible/monobloccapacity- 5.0 m3/hr., head- 12 m, moc – ci = 2 nos. oil skeemerapplication- to removal of oil from effluent including pump/motor of required capacity secondary treatment fm/fl with tube settler with platformcapacity- suitable to handle 20 kld agitation with gear motorfm |
