EQAS Programme needed for Tacrolimus TDM for patient care services. 2. Measurement of Tacrolimus from whole blood samples. 3. Testing frequency: At least once a month for 12 months. 4. Test Levels for each month: At least three. 5. Provision for online reporting. 6. Turnaround time for receipt of results should not be more than 72 hours.
