Tender Description dismantling patent stone floor including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15m. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of e/i. providing 50mm thick 2nd class patent stone flooring (1:2:4) with 20mm, to 6mm size graded stone chips finished with flooring coat of neat cement in panels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royality with all complete as per building specification and direction of e/i. providing and laying app (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°c, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc,
