Tender Description m/c 48:fabrication of snow plough lateral mounting plate for snow plough of more than 1-ton dead weight. the base plate is to be fabricated out of 10mm thick mild steel plate of size 3'-2''×2' and side support plates be fabricated out of 12mm thick mild steel plate of size 1'-10''×9''. the side support plates should be provided with 6 holes of appropriate diameter on both sides. the job includes applying a priming coat of approved steel primer after execution of full job.the job also includes demounting of old damaged mounting plate & 12v variable blade by disconnecting all hydraulic circuitry & electrical circuitry etc. by engaging expert technician at site followed by fitting of mounting plate on front frame of snow machine by way of modification/cutting/welding of front frame for proper fitting of mounting plate by engaging skilled labour and suitable tools. the job further includes remounting of 12v variable blade on mounting plate (including fitting of all hydraulic & electrical
