Tender Description supply, testing, installation and commissioning of sandwiched false ceiling of minimum 50 mm thickness both side thermosetting adhesive powder coated (60-80 microns) 0.6mm thick g.i sheets (hot dipped with zinc coating of 120 gsm) with puf as infill of density not less than 40+/-2 kg/m3. necessary stiffeners to be provided as per manufacturer's standard and complete in all respects including supports, hangers, sealants, complete with all accessories as required etc. ceilings shall include cut-outs for diffusers, light fittings. all ceiling joints and gaps between panel to panel, ceiling elements (such as diffusers, light fixtures etc.) to be sealed using silicon sealant. colour of the ceiling panel: as approved by engineer-in-charge. joint width between panels shall not exceed 3mm. separate quantities for the ceiling cut-outs is mentioned in boq. supply, testing, installation and commissioning of sandwiched wall panels of minimum 60 mm thickness both side thermosetting adhesive powder
