Tender Description repairs/recapitalization to 02 no. 300hp three-phase squirrel cage motors installed at lis balgarah. the job includes removing of damaged motor from the base frame manually using tools / tackles and then shifting of motor from the site with the help of hydraulic crane and skilled labor, loading in mech. transport to workshop and unloading by mechanical and manual means. dismantling of the motor by way of unscrewing of nuts/bolts and then extraction of rotor from the stator, cleaning the slots of stator with appropriate chemical cleanser. complete rewinding of the stator by providing and fitting of new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications along with dynamic balancing of rotor. providing and fitting of new f class insulation in order to withstand higher operating temperatures, packing material. varnishing the stator with superior quality varnish and drying the stator winding completely. p/f of new bearings of required specifications to the driving and non-drive ends of the
