| Tender Description | replacement of damaged rails installed at filtration at filtration plant sitlee. job includes extracting out old damaged rails by using gas cutting of old and rusted bolts of fishing plates of rails, refitting of new fishing plates with new chemical grouted bolts for fixing of fishing plates at the same level. providing and fitting of new rails as per sample and shall be bended in the same degree as per actual by using heat treatment and hydraulic press or by using any other technical method. rails shall be fitted on fishing plates at the accurate level for the smooth running of machine, job includes cost of material, carriage and labour charges.narrow guage m.s rail (24 lbs rail) actual as per at site = 56 mtr @ 15kg/mtr = 840.0 kg |
