| Tender Description | earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, leadupto50meterand lift upto 1.5m, as directed by engineer-in-charge. all kinds of soil : providing/laying stone soling nallah hand packed including carriage of 15km centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth. providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ratio m10 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level) with plum providing 12mm plaster in 1:4 mix ratio( 1cement:4 fine sand) interlocked paver blocks tiles dark shade 50mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete on 50 mm thick bed of sand cushion |
